Ordering goods from the catalog can be done by choosing the option to visit the Website as a "guest" or a registered user.
By ordering goods displayed in the Website's catalog, the Client agrees to the Terms of Use.
The confirmation of Orders is carried out by the Client receiving an automatic email, specified by the latter in the registration form, with an order number.
Once logged into their Profile, the Client can place an order for one or more items by selecting a color, size, and quantity for each of the items displayed in the catalog. After all described options are filled in, the Client adds the items to the Cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. After all desired items are added to the Cart, the Client must choose a payment method and a delivery address within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
In the event of necessary changes to the price list of the offered goods, the Seller reserves the right to cancel placed orders, undertaking to notify the Client of the change and the current price of the ordered item.
Despite the efforts made by the Website team to maintain up-to-date stock levels, the Client agrees that differences between the stock levels presented at the time of the order and the actual levels established after the order is placed are possible. In the event that the stock of one or more items from an order has been exhausted, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer using the data provided in the latter's Profile. Under these circumstances, the Buyer may choose one of the following options:
The Client agrees that saving the URL of a given item on the Website and/or saving it in the "Favorites" category does not guarantee the availability of the respective item, nor the period for which the item will be offered in the Website's catalog. In connection with the above, the Client agrees that items saved in the described manner will be removed from the Website's catalog, and the status of such goods will be changed to "Inactive".
In the event that a Client orders an item whose status is "Inactive", the Seller has the right to cancel the order automatically. In such cases, the Seller undertakes to notify the Client by sending an automatic message to the email address specified by the latter in the registration form.
Every order placed through the Website is considered a separate Distance Selling Contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Distance Selling Contract is considered concluded from the moment the order is dispatched to the Buyer.
