Return of goods

The return of goods to the Seller is carried out provided that the goods are in the same condition in which they were received (with all belonging labels and seals, without being torn and/or removed), and have not been treated with substances (perfumes, detergents, etc.), soiled, damaged, or used.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Buyer has the right to return the goods no later than the 14-day period, which begins to run from the date of receipt of the Order, as defined in the Consumer Protection Act.

The conditions and terms for returning goods are in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act.

Courier costs for returning an order to SHOP MDL are at the Buyer's expense.

The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal according to Annex No. 6, which can be downloaded from this link.

The Buyer does not have the right to return swimwear, underwear, jewelry, and eyewear. The Seller reserves the right not to accept the return of these items and not to refund the amount paid by the Client according to Art. 57 of the CPA. For the avoidance of doubt – in the event of a return of swimwear, underwear, jewelry, or eyewear by the Client, the Seller undertakes to return the goods back to the Buyer, with transport costs at the expense of the latter.

In connection with the return of goods to the Seller, the Client must follow the procedure below and provide the following information:

• Completed return form;
• Original receipt of the returned item;
• Preferred method of satisfaction upon return (exchange of goods, issuance of an electronic voucher for the value of the returned goods, refund);
• Bank account details to which the Buyer wishes the paid amount to be refunded;

The return of goods from the Buyer to the Seller is done by sending the goods via Courier to the address:

Refund of the paid amount

In case of an Order withdrawal, the refund of the amount paid by the Buyer via bank card is performed by the Seller solely by bank transfer within a 14 (fourteen) day period starting from the date of the order.

In case of missing items from an Order, the refund of the amount paid by the Buyer via bank card is performed by the Seller solely by bank transfer within a 14 (fourteen) day period starting from the date of the order.

The Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid by the Buyer within a 14 (fourteen) day period, starting from the date of the Buyer's declared wish to return the goods, provided a document verifying the return to the Seller is presented.

In case the Order was paid by card through the Website's Virtual POS terminal, the amount will be refunded to the card from which the payment was made.

In case the Order was paid by cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded to the personal bank account in Euro specified by the Client.

In connection with the above, the Seller is not responsible for an incorrectly submitted bank account. The Seller's responsibility to refund the amount for a canceled order ends at the moment the bank transfer is made to the account specified by the Client.

In cases where the Buyer has requested an invoice for a legal entity, the latter receives a Credit Note from the Seller.
